Omri Papo founded Centra Healthcare Solutions, Inc. in 2009 with the vision of creating a healthcare employment firm offering concierge customer service, along with top healthcare professionals to complement Centra's strategic healthcare partners. In his role as President, Omri is responsible for the overall operation of the organization and the development of strategies that align with the company's mission.
Omri brings to Centra a wealth of healthcare and operations experience. Prior to developing his own company, Omri began his career as a Healthcare Recruiter with one of the largest staffing and home healthcare companies in the United States. He was quickly promoted through the ranks of the organization, holding various positions, as Accounts Manager, Administrator and Regional General Manager. During his tenure with that firm, he achieved numerous financial milestones, including becoming the number one producing medical staffing and home healthcare office within a $1 billion organization. He also was instrumental in the divestiture of a division of the firm to one of the largest pharmacies in the United States.
Omri received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Jessie joined the Centra team in March 2013, bringing with her more than 15 years' experience in the medical field. Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia she also spent many years in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Austin, TX and South Florida. Her travels throughout the country and the world have given her invaluable knowledge and experiences that shine through in her work and life.
Before joining Centra, Jessie worked closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals in many different facets of the healthcare industry and studied Diagnostic Medical Sonography in Austin, TX. She also had a successful career as a manager at one of South Florida's most prestigious luxury, boutique hotels. Her work and studies in the medical field, coupled with her years of hospitality management experience, give her a unique perspective of the healthcare recruiting industry.
As Director of Business Operations, Jessie is a key member of the team and holds true to Centra’s core values. She is proficient, meticulous and always there to help. Her motivation to learn and go above and beyond in any situation creates consistent opportunities for improvement in her department and throughout the company.

Jessica began her career as a Customer Service Representative for a large furniture retailer, and worked her way up the ranks to Executive Assistant to the VP of Marketing, in less than one year. During her tenure as Executive Assistant, she specialized in vendor relations, along with project development. Her very positive attitude and outgoing personality were invaluable in building client relationships and in organizing multiple events and fundraisers. Jessica then transitioned into high-end fashion retail where she held a variety of positions, including Store Manager of a multi-million dollar operation. During her time in management she acquired a passion and a skill for identifying talent and developing personnel. Entering the workforce at a young age has provided Jessica with the extensive experience that makes her a valuable asset to her team, clients, and candidates. This background enables her to bring a highly creative approach to the healthcare recruiting industry.
At Centra, she has been promoted several times and has excelled in various management, sales and operational roles. Her current position as the Director of Credentialing and Compliance blends her vast industry knowledge coupled with her meticulous to detail nature all into one. Nataly joined Centra Healthcare Solutions in December 2022. She has over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
While beginning her career as a bookkeeper working with high-growth startups, her strong planning and forecasting skills steered her to director-level roles in operations and accounting. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in financial analysis, cash flow planning, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Nataly loves to tackle complex problems and is always seeking ways to improve processes and increase efficiency. Her skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams have helped her to drive the success of the companies she has worked for.
Prior to joining Centra Nataly worked for a healthcare management organization that provided administrative functions to Physicians and mental health clinics so that they can focus on patient care. Working closely with healthcare professionals during the pandemic she gained invaluable insight into the critical nature of their work and understood their need for skilled and experienced staff. For these reasons, she finds Centra's mission deeply meaningful.
Nataly graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and received her Masters of Science in Finance from Georgetown University.

Rachel Phillips joined Centra Healthcare Solutions in October 2021 as a Recruiting Assistant. After achieving her annual goal, in just 6 months, she earned her current role of Manager of Recruiting Services. In this position, Rachel is responsible for the development and growth of the Recruiting Assistants team.
Prior to joining Centra, Rachel worked various positions but always grew into a management position in a short period of time. She began her career at GameStop, as a Team Member, and after hitting sales goals and showcasing going above and beyond for customers she was later promoted to a Store Manager. Her next career move was working at the Westin Fort Lauderdale where she worked for 5 years before beginning at Centra. Her career at Westin started as a Front Desk Agent and after 6 months she was promoted to a Front Desk Supervisor. One year later she was promoted to Group Rooms Coordinator. As the Group Rooms Coordinator, she was responsible for organizing and managing multiple events including but not limited to sports teams and musicians. When the company was purchased by Marriott they extended her opportunity by asking her to run 2 hotels and their events simultaneously.
Rachel has a bubbly personality, she’s a go-getter and loves to do whatever she can to help not only herself but also her team and those that Centra services.

Kylie Rimer joined Centra Healthcare Solutions in 2010. As a Senior Division Manager, Kylie is responsible for local and travel contracting throughout the United States.
Prior to joining the Centra team, Kylie served as the Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator for the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League. In this role, Kylie was in charge of promoting the newly organized NHL franchise throughout the state of Ohio, including in-game promotions, press releases and assisting with post-game press conferences. After leaving the Blue Jackets in 2004, Kylie worked briefly for the Princeton Search Group, a division of Management Recruiters International (MRI), as a Recruiting Assistant for consumer packaged goods. Following her stint at that company, she joined NetJets, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway Company, as an Owner Services Account Manager. Kylie quickly moved up the ranks to obtain a Lead Account Manager position. During her 5 year tenure at NetJets, she ran various on-site events, such as at the Superbowl, becoming a specialist in high-demand accounts.

Prior to starting his career as a Recruiter, Justin worked as an Accountant in both audit and tax settings. Although he passed the 4 sections of the CPA exam, he was not finding enjoyment in his career and wanted to help people in different ways by making more personal connections.
Justin started his recruiting career with a large company that focused on Locum Tenens physician placements, where he learned invaluable skills for the staffing world. He found that recruiting allowed him to utilize his attention to detail, strong negotiation and outside the box critical thinking skills. He also earns immense satisfaction in finding long term positions for individuals who are considered “miracle workers.”
