Omri Papo

Omri Papo founded Centra Healthcare Solutions, Inc. in 2009 with the vision of creating a healthcare employment firm offering concierge customer service, along with top healthcare professionals to complement Centra's strategic healthcare partners. In his role as President, Omri is responsible for the overall operation of the organization and the development of strategies that align with the company's mission.

Omri brings to Centra a wealth of healthcare and operations experience. Prior to developing his own company, Omri began his career as a Healthcare Recruiter with one of the largest staffing and home healthcare companies in the United States. He was quickly promoted through the ranks of the organization, holding various positions, as Accounts Manager, Administrator and Regional General Manager. During his tenure with that firm, he achieved numerous financial milestones, including becoming the number one producing medical staffing and home healthcare office within a $1 billion organization. He also was instrumental in the divestiture of a division of the firm to one of the largest pharmacies in the United States.

Omri received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Bill Moore

Bill Moore joined Centra Healthcare Solutions as Director of Recruitment and Sales in 2018. He started his staffing career in 2007 with a large national firm that focused on the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals. In 2010 he began working for one of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the U.S. which expanded his knowledge base of Allied Therapy recruiting. Bill was later recruited by a mid-level national healthcare staffing company to become the Manager of their permanent placement / direct hire Allied division focusing on Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy professionals. This was a new division for the organization and his knowledge and experience were vital to its development and growth of approximately 4,000% in a 3 year span.

Assisting medical professionals in advancing their careers, while simultaneously molding internal employees towards achieving their personal and professional goals is what drives Bill to succeed. He has gained invaluable tools over his 20 years of sales experience, and extensive background in healthcare staffing, which is why we believe he is best suited to identifying areas of process improvements for Centra’s recruitment and sales divisions.

Bill graduated from Marshall University with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Kylie Dack

Kylie Rimer joined Centra Healthcare Solutions in 2010. As a Senior Division Manager, Kylie is responsible for local and travel contracting throughout the United States.

Prior to joining the Centra team, Kylie served as the Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator for the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League. In this role, Kylie was in charge of promoting the newly organized NHL franchise throughout the state of Ohio, including in-game promotions, press releases and assisting with post-game press conferences. After leaving the Blue Jackets in 2004, Kylie worked briefly for the Princeton Search Group, a division of Management Recruiters International (MRI), as a Recruiting Assistant for consumer packaged goods. Following her stint at that company, she joined NetJets, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway Company, as an Owner Services Account Manager. Kylie quickly moved up the ranks to obtain a Lead Account Manager position. During her 5 year tenure at NetJets, she ran various on-site events, such as at the Superbowl, becoming a specialist in high-demand accounts.

Kylie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Radio/Television and a Minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Jessica Stauffer

Jessica began her career as a Customer Service Representative for a large furniture retailer, and worked her way up the ranks to Executive Assistant to the VP of Marketing, in less than one year. During her tenure as Executive Assistant, she specialized in vendor relations, along with project development. Her very positive attitude and outgoing personality were invaluable in building client relationships and in organizing multiple events and fundraisers. Jessica then transitioned into high-end fashion retail where she held a variety of positions, including Store Manager of a multi-million dollar operation. During her time in management she acquired a passion and a skill for identifying talent and developing personnel. Entering the workforce at a young age has provided Jessica with the extensive experience that makes her a valuable asset to her team, clients, and candidates. This background enables her to bring a highly creative approach to the healthcare recruiting industry.

Shayla Baldwin

Shayla Baldwin began her career as a Human Resources Intern at a multi-national automotive factory while obtaining her degree in Psychology. During this time, she quickly gained experience in payroll management, employee and managerial reviews, as well as union negotiations. Moving from the Midwest to Florida, she brought these skills to work as a Human Resources Assistant for a large transportation and chemical company before finally joining the Centra team in 2018 as a Compliance Coordinator.

With her drive for policy and procedural improvement, as well as a love of helping employees as best she can, Shayla rose quickly to the position of Human Resources and Support Manager. She has proven herself to be a creative and resourceful member of the team and a subject matter expert for clinical compliance in the healthcare staffing industry.

Shayla obtained her BA in Industrial Psychology at Alma College where she also was a prominent member of the Alma Choir as well as the Alma College Theatre Company.

Danny Kern

Danny Kern joined Centra Healthcare Solutions in January 2015 as a Healthcare Recruiter. Prior to this role, Danny worked as a Program Manager for a youth sports league. During his tenure at the sports league, he was involved in community outreach, business development and management of employees which helped grow the program into one of the largest youth sports franchises in the country.

Danny brings passion, enthusiasm, fun and a love of customer service to Centra.

In 2014 Danny received his BA in Sport Management from Cumberland University where he was also a key member on the 2010 NAIA National Baseball Championship team.

Junior Rodriguez

Junior Rodriguez joined Centra Healthcare Solutions in August 2015. He has always been passionate about working for companies with a strong purpose in which his hard work is aligned with something bigger than himself. Prior to working at Centra, he was a key player in helping to develop a new health and wellness clinic by being in charge of their community outreach, business development and employee staffing. Due to his relentless dedication to the industry, he was able to be an integral part of developing this clinic into one of the fastest growing and successful practices in South Florida.

Junior’s transition into healthcare recruiting was an easy one. He is always determined to bring superb customer service and is highly motivated by helping people reach their maximum potential. His exposure to so many diverse areas of the healthcare industry has given Junior the opportunity to develop into a professional with great business acumen and someone that personifies all of the core values that Centra holds strongly.

Alexis Rios

Alexis Rios joined Centra in February of 2016 as a Healthcare Recruiter. He has always had a strong sense of community, which led him to become an EMT/Firefighter at the age of 22. It is very important for Alexis to help his fellow neighbor. He is a firm believer that one hand washes the other and that there is no bigger reward than to help someone find a fulfilling position. Alexis prides himself in his ability to lead individuals towards a lucrative career path where their personal and professional development is encouraged and nourished. He is a constant reminder that hard work is the inspiration that leads to success.

Prior to becoming a Centurion, Alexis brings 10 years of experience as a Small Business Expert in the Telecommunications Industry. In that role he established and maintained productive long-term networks and relationships with his clients to solve their strategic business priorities. He consistently achieved his sales targets and received several accolades reaffirming his tenacity and resilience to go above and beyond.
