Victor started his career at Centra Healthcare as a Recruiter Assistant, bringing with him a background in the military and personal training, as well as a genuine passion for helping others. His work ethic, consistency, and commitment quickly earned him the opportunity to become a Recruitment Consultant, where he was able to turn that passion for service into a rewarding career in healthcare and education staffing. Victor takes pride in building strong relationships with the professionals he works with and approaches every opportunity with determination and a solution-focused mindset. When challenges arise, he believes there is always a way forward and is committed to going the extra mile to find it. His dedication to his candidates, his team, and continued growth has helped him advance to his current role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Outside of work, Victor is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his family and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
